Micro Grinding Tape

We are now able to offer from stock our own ginding tape alternative for all micro grinding systems fitted to rotary die cut units.

Our grit substrate has been engineered to maintain a level and consistant cutting surface when grinding polyurethane, whilst reducing frictional heat build up and urethane damage which is one of the main causes of premature failure associated with this type of system.

Available from stock are our adhesive residue cleaners and handy wipes to clean the steel shaft, this has allowed some sites to reclaim up to 2 hours worth of downtime when changing the tape!
