Policart Anvil Covers

Policart Anvil Covers

With an Italian tradition and passion for delivering performance, style and quality in an all red package, Policart Srl are quickly becoming the leading supplier of Polyurethane anvil covers within the corrugated industry.

Policart anvil covers are designed with the operator in mind. They contain no metal parts whatsoever, meaning that you can enhance your rotations without the fear and risk of damaging the anvil covers.

Having a boltless locking section, this enables the anvil cover to be mounted quicker than ever, and at any location along the die cutting cylinder.

The inter-locking design guarantees a strong and tight fit, and is easy to remove from the cylinder, vital for fast and efficient rotations.

Our unique urethane compound is developed for performance and longevity. Many customers experience significant gains from using Policart anvil covers, ranging from improved trim waste ejection, increased machine speeds and overall OEE gains, better perforation definition and less rotation downtime.

Double Width Anvil Covers

Developed for speed and ease of mounting, our double width anvil covers are now available for most die cutting machinery, reducing the number of covers on the cylinder enables even quicker rotations.

Onsite Servicing & Technical Assistance

With each and every machine we supply Forme Tec Corrugated will always offer on site training to increase die cutting performance and machine output.

Typically given to every machine operator over the course of 2 days, we cover all aspects of anvil maintenance from customised rotation plans to trimming and grinding calibration.

The training will allow the operators to rotate and manage Anvil Covers without the intervention of any engineering department or fitters. The operator can take sole responsibility of the condition and life of the Anvil Covers.

Follow up inspections are then made to monitor anvil wear and to fine tune rotation plans or grinding systems for maximum efficiency.
